APsystems microinverters are back in the market
APsystems, the world’s second-largest manufacturer of microinverters, has recently launched the all-new YC600 micro into the Australian market. This 3rd generation microinverter is fully compliant with Australian Standards and represents great value for residential and commercial systems.
The YC600 is a single phase microinverter which allows the connection of two solar modules, with each solar module having their own separate maximum power point tracking and module-level monitoring.
The output from the microinverter is 240V AC and the maximum DC voltage anywhere on the solar system is no greater than the maximum DC voltage of a single solar module (eg. less than 60V DC). DC voltages this low completely eliminates the risk of DC arc faults causing solar fires.
The YC600 has Reactive Power Control (RPC) and meets AS/NZS 4777.2:2015 requirements with adjustable capability.
