Energy Queensland require a Design Certificate Report (DCR) prior to final approval for connection. This report must be prepared by an RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland). The aim of the report is to demonstrate to the utility that the design complies with AS/NZS3000, AS/NZS3100, AS/NZS5033, AS/NZS4777.1 and Standards for Connection of Embedded Generating Systems (greater than 30kW to 1,500kW) to a Distributor LV Network, plus any special requirements for the particular site.
