Grant Behrendorff
MANAGING DIRECTOR (CO-FOUNDER) | BEng, MAICD
Electrician and electrical engineer working with solar technologies since 1995. David and I worked together for many years in the solar industry, designing and installing solar systems before establishing AC Solar Warehouse. I am extremely proud of the team who work so hard to help solar installers save time and money with supply of high quality solar and energy storage products.
David Smyth
DIRECTOR (CO-FOUNDER) | BEng Elect (Hons), RPEQ, MAICD
Electrician and electrical engineer working with solar technologies since 1995. I work with Grant to develop cost effective product procurement solutions for solar installers saving them time and money with their residential and commercial solar installations. I get a lot of satisfaction seeing more solar and storage being installed saving money for households and businesses.
Eugene Kotze
My role is to contribute to the overall business through leadership of its people and strategy. Our people, core values and culture is underpinned by years of dedication, passion and commitment to be best in market for our customers. I am focused on ensuring that remains at the forefront of our business and am proud to be part of the team.
Tom Peters
MANAGER, PROCUREMENT AND ENGINEERING | BEng (Hons), MIEAust, NER, RPEQ
I manage stock procurement across all warehouses in Australia and New Zealand and oversee the operation of the engineering team and AC Boards . I'm a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and on the National Engineering Register (NER) with several years experience in providing engineering services to solar companies throughout Australasia.
Stuart Fordyce
I manage how we help customers with purchasing, product selection and sales support. If we can make it easy for them to access the stock and information they need, they can spend more time selling and installing systems. I get a lot of satisfaction helping our customers save time and money and seeing their businesses grow.
Shannon Rodgers
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND HR | CertIVBusAdmin, DipTour(Mgt)
I provide support to our executive team, taking care of travel, reporting, event management, recruitment and employee experience. In addition to this, I help out across the business as required to keep everything running smoothly.

Nadene Adcock
As a qualified CPA with over 25 years’ experience, I've worked across the public practice, government, and not-for-profit sectors. People are at the heart of my work, and I combine strong relationships with a passion for the numbers—helping businesses make confident, informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth.

Although I spent a long time in the plastics industry, I have always had a passion for solar, so it made sense for me to actively make the switch when it was time to move on. I started at AC Solar Warehouse and haven’t looked back.

I started with AC Solar Warehouse after university as I wanted to use my engineering degree to contribute to making positive changes in the world. Making a start in the renewable energy industry made perfect sense and it is a pleasure to work with such motivated and forward thinking individuals who are part of the team here.

I’m here to help installers find the right products and provide support for their needs. I’m dedicated to learning and ensuring a great customer experience. Outside of work, I’m a passionate mountain biker who travels the country competing in events, bringing the same energy and focus to my role.
Xavier Burke
As an administrator for sales. I enjoy assisting the sales team in developing important client relationships and streamlining the order processing and delivery process. meeting client demands and helping important accounts with their daily responsibilities. I go to the gym most days and like all sports, but mainly AFL.
Jhonnatan Gonzalez
I support our customers by managing enquiries, coordinating orders, updating the price list and helping the team keep everything moving smoothly. I enjoy building strong relationships with installers and making sure they get clear, timely support. Every day is different, and I love being part of a team that works together to deliver great service.

I am a Business Administration graduate working as part of the sales support team, where I assist with processing orders and responding to customer enquiries. I’m motivated by the supportive team environment and enjoy contributing to shared goals. Outside of work, I love hiking and spending time with friends.

I look after inventory control which includes preparation of purchase orders, collection of stock orders into the warehouses and receipting of goods. This includes both domestic and international orders for individual items up to container quantities.

I am responsible for delivering and collecting orders from customers and suppliers in the Cairns region, as well as supporting the sales team. It also includes warehouse duties such as handling incoming and outgoing stock, processing and packing orders, and assisting with the operation of the Cairns warehouse.

I am a passionate communicator, educated in Advertising and Public Relations with work experience across different industries. My role as a Marketing Specialist includes planning events, managing social media, creating email marketing campaigns and designing collateral for the latest promotions.

I have a strong background in website design and development. I look after the AC Solar Warehouse website as well as prepare graphic design for a variety of resources like banners, images for the website, brochures etc.

I am a creative marketing professional with a strong foundation in multimedia and design. My role as a Marketing Assistant allows me to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, digital content, and campaigns across social media and email. I enjoy blending creativity with strategy to support brand growth and connect with audiences in the solar industry.
Finance
Kelly Baird
I was the first employee at AC Solar Warehouse many years ago and have been through three office moves with the company. I am responsible for accounts payables and freight and really enjoy liaising with our customers.
Lovely Amparo
I manage key aspects of our financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting. I assist with reconciliations, payments, and support the Finance Manager in key processes. My role ensures smooth operations and accurate financial management for our business.
Donna Mallyon
I look after Accounts Receivable here at AC Solar Warehouse. My role involves managing customer accounts, daily banking, payment follow-ups, and helping to keep our finance systems running smoothly. I’ve worked in finance admin for many years, mostly in the legal sector here in Cairns.
