About the Role:

Our Cairns head office is expanding, and we’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Procurement Officer to join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring we have the right products on hand, accurate information in our systems and reliable supply for our customers. If you enjoy fast-paced work, have a passion for accuracy and want to advance your career in the renewable energy sector, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

You’ll handle day-to-day purchasing, including raising and tracking PO’s, monitoring inventory levels and metrics, updating ETA’s and shipment details, and coordinating with warehouses and suppliers. You’ll work closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, data accuracy and efficient procurement processes. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines are critical to success.

About the Role:

Our Cairns head office is expanding, and we’re seeking a highly capable Logistics & Procurement Manager to lead and shape our national logistics operations and procurement strategy. This is a key leadership role overseeing 6 warehouse, procurement and logistics staff in Cairns and Melbourne, and managing relationships and contracts with our 3PL partners and suppliers.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate and cost-effective stock storage, despatch and delivery; meeting customer expectations across Australia and New Zealand. The role also includes supplier negotiation, inventory management, improving processes, managing stocktakes, reporting on metrics and KPI’s, budget management and the development of high-performing logistics and warehouse teams. Our Braeside office is expanding, and we’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Sales Administration professional to join our sales and operations team. This role is vital in providing high-quality administrative support while ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Unlike a retail environment, you’ll be working exclusively with wholesale customers via phone and email, making the role more focused and less interrupted by walk-in traffic. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and want to grow your career in the renewable energy sector, this position offers an exciting opportunity.

You’ll manage day-to-day sales administration tasks, including monitoring emails, creating quotes, sales orders and invoices, responding to customer enquiries via phone & email, and supporting the logistics team as required. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to maintain accurate records, manage customer expectations, and ensure smooth order processing. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks are key to success in this role.
