Sigenergy Power Sensor Communication Kit
Sigenergy has identified an issue affecting communications between GSDs and Energy Controllers for installations in Queensland. To address this, Sigenergy has developed the Power Sensor Communication Kit (PSC Kit)—a simple solution that ensures correct operation when installed together with GSDs.
Complimentary with New Systems
Moving forward, all Sigenergy systems that require GSDs will be supplied with the PSC Kit at no additional cost.
Retrofitting Existing Sites
Sigenergy also recommends retrofitting the PSC Kit on sites that have already been installed with GSDs. To support this, Sigenergy will provide reimbursement fees for site visits where a retrofit is required.
How to Claim Reimbursement
For retrofits, installers can claim reimbursement by submitting a service ticket via the mySigen App:
- Go to Service → Support → User Submits Ticket
- In the ticket, specify: “Aftersales PSC Installation”
- Once the job is complete, upload a completion photo to the ticket
- Proceed to the invoice upload stage to finalise the claim
How to Order the PSC Kit
If you have purchased Sigenergy systems from us that require a PSC Kit, please get in touch and we will supply them to you.
